Firstly, there was no provision for breakfast, which was unexpected. Additionally, both the room door and the washroom facilities exhibited maintenance problems, causing inconvenience during my stay. Furthermore, I was charged an excessive fee for the airport shuttle service, which was significantly higher than the standard price. Lastly, the ambience within the premises remained noisy and disruptive until late hours, with disturbances often extending until midnight or even 1 a.m. I believe that addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and improve the reputation of the establishment.
