  : Friendly staff. Great location. Hotel cat was lovely.
  : No cold water in my room. Water stopped functioning altogether for a long duration of time.Toilet role not replaced. Only one towel replaced. Had to ask for more.Health & Safety outside shower cubicle because water was leaking out of the shower.VERY hot water from the sink tap to the point you couldn’t use it. Duvet cover not replaced properly.

  : I couldn’t find the placement of hotel. especially in traffic time it was horrible for me. we couldn’t get through the traffic, therefor it take a lot money with taxi better to go out and get there by your own but it’s horribly hard with a lot of baggage. so I’m not happy at all

  : Breakfast was OK. The bed was good
  : Repair of hotel was terrible. Shower flooded the whole bathroom daily and the shower head and taps where broken. The carpet was very worn and the room door had to be slammed to shut it. The whole pace needs Repair and is overpriced. I couldn't recommend it to anyone.

  : Nothing really, the worst place I have even been to and I wish I never come across of something like that in the future.
  : Ok, this was the worst place I have ever seen in my life, I don't even know where to begin. The photos did not match the actual room, we were given a room somewhere in the basement, mouldy as hell, it smells, no kidding. The room is disgusting, everything is broken, the shower head (the hose) broke down as I took a shower, and I had to wash the soap off under the running tap. The view from the window is just awful - to a concrete wall. The Air con does not work, it looks broken as hell, and the towel rack is barely hanging, it just rests on a screw and will fall any moment! We took the room to have a few hours of sleep, but we had to leave due to the smell and overall room condition, just a waste of money. The place felt dirty and filthy. When complained to the staff, they were not even surprised and couldn't care less. This has to be the worst place I have ever seen (and I have seen a few). I have not read the reviews before booking, just looked through the photos, I wish I did as there are a lot of people with the same opinion. Please see the photos as proof. As I was typing this feedback I felt disgusted, it's like a horror memory you don't want to come back.
