  : Location is good but there is better in the area.
  : This place should not be on Booking.com. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and booked for 15 nights! I had to pay upfront. First 2 nights I stayed in a small room with no natural light and hardly any ventilation. When the window was open, someones smoke came into the room. I then asked to move to a bigger room with more fresh air. I would even pay more (which I did) because I had still 13 nights left! There was bed bugs in the new room. After 3 nights, I just moved out. I couldnt any longer. I lost 840 Euros in paying for this accommodation. Booking.com tried to intervene but the managers would not assist. Of course, the property will now comment it was my fault etc, I said I didnt check out. But I wrote to them the same day saying I wont come back, Id like a refund even if it is half. They would not assist and try to blame me. But remember, like you, I am a traveller in a foreign city. JUST STAY AWAY FROM GALATA PALACE HOTEL - IT IS BAD. THEY SHOULD CLOSE IT DOWN OR BOOKING.COM SHOULD TAKE IT OFF THEIR SITE.

  : cleanliness! Room was very dirty and sewage from the bathroom was smelling so bad that I had to use towels trying to block it from the room just to be able to sleep.

  : I like the hotel location , in the middle of karaky, near to the tram station The stuff are nice and listening The room with street view, very nice view ( but the bathroom was broken )

  : I like the location and the external appearance of the hotel.
  : We arrived very tired about 2 AM at hotel.The room was not ready. After long waiting & confusion of the staff about desciding which room to give to us.Finally we received a room which wasn't our reservation.There was only 1 sleeping lamp availablein a corner of the room.The room was very tiny & the air far from fresh.After turning on the airconditioning, we couldn't sleep due to the loud noise it made.So we slept in a hot tiny room and the next morning left the hotel, one day before our check out.It wasn't worth the value we paid.
