  : clean. The guy worked in the nights had a great service mind, very kind. Not sure same for the rest of the receptionists. But I didnt get to know them anyways.
  : It was pretty hot and the AC didnt work since it was october and it was appereantly off summer season..

  : The breakfast had a nice selection of sweet and salty foods, a lot of vegetables, turkish tea and other drinks. Plenty of options for vegan guests. The location is nice - the hotel is in an area with a lot of shops, restaurants and bars and it's only a few minutes walking to the ferry and bus station, where you can take the 20 min ferry ride to the other side where all the tourist atractions are located. There is also a direct shuttle bus to the airport (it takes around 2 hours to get to Istanbul aiport, because of traffic, so have that in mind when planning your trip). The staff of the hotel were really nice and accomodating.
  : The location of the hotel is a big plus because you are close to everything, but it can get really loud at night, when the bars and restaurants are full of people, so it's hard to sleep with the window open.
