  : I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this property. Pictures online were far beyond what was presented there. At this property, everything was dirty, particularly the rugs and bedsheets were really dirty -- Originally off-white towels had turned gray! Although I booked this place through Booking.com, the owner asked for cash to pay for the hotel. The owner was inconsiderate and constantly knocked at the door, asking for something. However, not a single time did he ask whether we are fine or needed anything? Really poor customer service. I had gone there for a family reunion but this property really ruined my experience. In terms of location, the property is about 25 minutes by walk from Taksim square.
