  : Location in Moda, wonderful view from the terrace to the Marmara Sea.
  : Advertised apartment, not actually an apartment, but a small room connected to a terrace and a room (ideal for a hotel breakfast or an evening party, but no extra bed advertised). We arrived at night, so the extra bed was solved by the staff the next day. Inside the "apartment" it is necessary to use another key to enter the "room with toilet". This can be a problem for residents of a room with a terrace, when you only have one key, which is also used to turn on the electricity in the "room with a toilet" - he can't go to the toilet at night. Solved the next day 2 keys from the inner lock and one from the outer one :) I think that the price does not correspond to the quality of such an inefficiently situated "apartment" and only the wonderful view of the sea does not compensate for it.

  : Room smelled cigarette smoke, door to balcony with key that does not lock, room needed maintenance update, difficulties using tv remotes (needed batteries). It finally worked on third day.

  : Nice lobby zone, the yard and rooftop terrace, very helpful staff, tasty and cheap breakfast.
  : Room was heavily destroyed and need the renovation immediately. Bathroom had no shampoo, gel wash, or any other single use cosmetics usually provided in the hotels. All the corners have mold, sanitary ware is rusty, paint is ragged.

  : THe staff was great and very professional. The check in went seamlessly. Very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Good hot water and shampoos.
  : The room was not like the one I saw on booking.com. Our room was more dated, the toilet older in style than on the photos. THe beds were not twin as I had requested in my booking. The room smelled of smoke.
