  : I am not one to leave a negative review, but I feel in this situation I must warn others about the dangerous of dealing with this owner. Overall the standards to which this property are managed are minimal at best and this experience has negatively hurt us financially, some of us physically and wasted our time.Initially our arrival at the villa was fine, the communication with the owner was as expected. The first night we arrived past midnight and slept the with no issues. The next morning however, less than 6 hours from our arrival it became clear there had been no checks on the property to make sure everything is function as it should. The two shower doors were falling off their hinges and one had come loose while one of our guests was taking a shower, cutting up both their feet quite badly and leaving shattered glass and blood all over the bathroom floor. When I contacted the owner about this, I was told I will be charged 25 for a cleaner to come and clear up the glass. It was only when he was made aware of the physical damage it had caused our guest that he agreed not to charge us, I assume out of fear of further action from us.Less than an hour after this incident the entire kitchen floor started to become flooded by a heavy water leak. In the end the 3x2 meter area was around a centimetre under water. We shut off the water mains and contacted the owner - he initially put the blame on us saying we should not flush toilet paper down the toilets - a completely unreasonable request After further inspection and tearing the kitchen apart for a couple more hours we were told it is actually a loose pipe and it will be fixed in the afternoon. During this time we did not have access to water for shower or the toilet and after spending the entire day waiting for the maintenance crew coming in and out of the villa with power tools, we were told it will not be fixed that day.

  : -even though its a four bedroom villa it only had one bathroom other than the master.- trace room is unusable during the summer due to no air conditioner.-stanbul center is one a hour drive.

  : The villa is well situated in a nice touristic village full of restaurants on the Bosphorus. The villa is big, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large salon and kitchen. Nice well maintained garden, with terrace and barbecue. Nice to take breakfast outside Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, washiung machine and dryer. Nice owner. Quiet atmosphere. Beautifull surroundings and close to city of Beykoz and Istanbul
