  : I liked nothing at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. And I would advise removing it from the Booking.com app because it is a hoax and should be stripped from their 4 stars. Please do not go there.
  : All in all, IT IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE. First, of all they tried taking payment off my credit card that I secured with the reservation, even though it was a free cancellation pay later deal i.e. when I will get to the hotel and not before. Secondly, the location is the worst ever, nothing is nearby I had to walk to the closest bus station that is around 950m far i.e. 12min walk especially under the rain. Also no taxi wanted to take me to the hotel's area during the day or afternoon because a very heavy traffic area which meant a lot of wait in the car without moving their wheels to charge you. When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggage to my room, they just gave me the card key and told me to go there myself. Secondly, on my first night I found out that I am located on the second floor which was the SMOKING floor even though that on Booking.com app the hotel's profile specifically described the hotel as being totally non-smoking building, that was a complete lie and untrue at all. So, definitely I couldn't sleep well the first night for the smoke coverage in the floor, I called the reception at 3am and the employee said I should speak to the manager at 7am when am leaving for my business. I met the manager while leaving for work at 7am and told her that I need to change the room for being on the SMOKING floor and I am allergic and couldn't sleep. She was annoyed from that and asked me if my luggage was packed so they can move it for me before my comeback from outside. Of course, I said NO, because no body told me to pack and secondly because no one should be allowed to touch my things without my presence and approval. I promised return before 2pm to change rooms, she was annoyed for I was busy. The next night in a new room, SOMEONE TRIED TO OPEN THE DOOR ON ME WHILE SLEEPING AT 10PM AND AT 3AM. I WAS ALONE A FEMALE. IT IS SCARY. I had to pile my things behind the door.

  : Value for money. No major issues during stay. Everything was working.
  : The location is a bit shady, small streets did not feel safe after 20h. No mini bar in the room.
