: In the bathroom there was a mouldy roof and it was dripping water. Rooms were noisy from other guests

: We paid full price without being able to use the toilet in the middle of the night, the toilet door was stuck. We stayed on the second floor and when I or my 65 year old mom or my sister needed to go to the toilet we had to go up to use the toilet on the sixth floor!? That night we went up 2 times at midnight and around 3am. Of course we had a really bad sleep, my mom couldn't sleep at all and we had to fly back on the next day.The staff came to help opening the door at 7am on the next day, still wasn't good enough, the hotel didn't offer us anything or ask us anything about the incident. At first I wanted to demand a full refund but I thought I wanted to get out of the hotel as quickly as I can because we had the morning flight back to Bangkok.This was the worst experience of my 10 day trip in Turkey. Never again.

: Easy access to the old town and a wonderful view from the terrace.Great breakfast and very attentive staff.
: The room for two was a little cramped and could be noisy with noise coming from the street.mattresses were stored in the corridor and negotiating the stairs was a bit tricky but there is a lift.
