  : the location was decent
  : everything about the hotel was poor and dissatisfying. the staff were beyond rude and horrible. Tried to speak to a member of staff and ignored everything I said and told me I wasnt an important customer when we mentioned that water bottles in the room were opened used/ half empty and no new bottles were supplied. when we arrived at the hotel they didnt take payment by card as stated, we were overcharged on room when we had the same room booked for a lower quote. Room was nothing like the pictures, AC was not working, no toilet roll supplied again when asked staff denied request and was horrible and rude, bathroom sink taps were not supplying cold water. so much was wrong with the hotel and overall very poor manners and will NOT ever be staying here again.

  : Nothing at all. Everything in that hotel was disgusting and extremely bad!!!
  : 1. Bed covers were so dirty and unpleasant. The bath room and wc were in disgusting condition! The reason is that there were no women housekeepers at that hotel! All personals were men and didn't care about cleaning the hotel. 2. The blanket was torn before and we requested the personal to change the blanket and bed covers. However, when we requested, the guy in reception treated so rude and took the blanket from us, threw it down. He said that I will not help you in 3 days. He was so impolite and bad-mannered , almost all staff (excluding one Georgian reception guy) were like that. 3. Breakfast meals were extremely disgusting, meals were old, out-of-date and the eggs were not boiled at all. We stayed there for 3 days, but did not ever eat the meals at hotel, bought from outside restaurants. To sum up, I have been in Istanbul for 7-8 times, and it was the WORST and DISGUSTING hotel I have ever stayed!!! I wouldn't recommend it to even my enemies!!!

  : We did have a pleasant stay and the staff at the property were very kind and welcoming. They greeted us with warm smiles and explained how to get around from the hotel. We liked the rooftop where breakfast was served.
  : Unfortunately, the top bedding sheet were not clean nor the pillows. The refrigerator did not work and required up to 4 hours to be cool and if you remove the electricity key, it would disconnect. The breakfast was sadly disappointing but the staff, Mehmet, was kind and welcoming.

  : If a guest arrive at hotel before the check-inn time kindly request your staff to please offer them a glass of water, WI-FI password etc. I have to wait for 4 hour and check-inn as I was arrived a bit early and the receptionist did not give me Wi-Fi password and water.
