  : Review about Bern Hotel: 1. The hotel's location, with shops, metro, tram stops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. 2. The tasty breakfast with a wife range of dishes 3. Everyday cleaning
  : 1. The hotel was undergoing renovation, but we were not informed about this beforehand. Upon arrival, we found ongoing construction, a lack of English-speaking staff, and no signs or announcements. Fortunately, we were helped by someone familiar with the owner, who directed us to another nearby hotel, the Bern Hotel, where we spent the whole vacation. 2. There is a caf near the Bern Hotel where football matches are shown quite often at nights. The noise was very loud and really annoying. The football match broadcasting lasted till the late night (1am). Perhaps it would not have beeen so annoying if we had a view on the street. But we had it on the yard where the caf was located 3. The mattress are extremely soft. As the result at the end of our stay in the hotel, our backs hurt really bad
