  : Easy access to Taksim square and other shopping areas. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. They will go above and beyond to make you happy and enjoy your stay. Front desk staff Omer and Denya are outstanding.They both deserve a promotion and pay rise in my opinion as their customer service is faultless. They were patient with not only my family but also other guests. You could see, they loved their job. Housekeeping lady from Uganda (didnt get her name) also very friendly and helpful. We asked for extra towels and they were provided with a smile. Both Omer and Denya very helpful in ordering taxis for you at a bargain price. They will even come out of hotel to ensure they speak to taxi driver so that they dont rip you off or take you for a ride.
  : Location may be a bit sketchy but no one bothered us. Security staff even accompanied us late at night to buy a snack from nearby grill. Views werent the best from the balcony but room was adequate and bathroom updated and clean. Bathroom however needed more lighting and sockets needed next to beds as impossible to plug in chargers etc..
