  : The owner speaks English, he was very responsive to my request (extra toilet paper, towel, even brought me a space heater due to heat cut by the municipality).
  : it is an old building, so even when it is clean, it may not give that impression - my room, bed linens, bathroom were clean. A small tear on a curtain did not affect the functionality. Backside faces north and is on very tiny narrow street, so you see the other building right outside the window but this does not affect safety or noise, only the amount of daylight through the window is limited.
