: The staff were very helpful especially Bulent who works at the front desk. He made sure we were well taken care of and helped us with every need. He booked a tour for us and organized our taxi to the airport. Would be happy to visit again due to how friendly and helpful Bulent was.

: The staff was kind, helpful- they helped us with the parking near the hotel. The location is good.
: The deluxe rooms dont look like in the pictures at all and dont reflect the reality. The WIFI didnt work - when I told them, they daid that a new router has to come in few days. The bathroom was not clean, the room was very dusty. The pillow was also dirty and no one came to clean during our stay or even to take out the garbage. Only when I insisted, someone came and only changed the pillowcase. The AC in the room was not working properly, after 1 day we saw that there was a big hole in the window, for the pipe to pass through (the drain from the air conditioner), the window was not sealed good. It seems like the staff knew all the problems, but unfortunately it was not solved during our stay.

: The hotel was very well situated, close to the historical centre and the main touristic objectives were at a walkable distance. The members of the personnel were friendly, they waited for us late at night to arrive and the last day they let us leave our luggage at the hotel before leaving.
: The room wasn't properly cleaned, especially the bed sheets. We found the duvets in the wardrobe, they were stained and the pillows too. Also, the cleaning service after day 3 was not very good.

: I really liked the place. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was near the center and we could visit all the interesting and important sights in the area.
: It would have been better if we got a room with double-bed since I came with my girlfriend. Still, we fit in one bed.
