: Exceptionally rude staff that ruined the whole image of turkish ppl in our eyes ( it was temp bcz thankfully we stayed at two other locations in istanbul and encountered extremely respectful and courteous ppl)No greetings at breakfast.Theres a cleaning lady who is also attending at brkfst buffet. She would only say No, no in rigid rather annoyed voice for whatever you ask.On the 1st day There were black olives which are uncommon in our country and i asked her if she cud tell me what it was only to see her rolling her eyes and shrugging her shoulders rudely. I was shocked but more was coming.If she sees u approaching the breakfast tbl after 9:30, shed quickly grab n wrap tht stuff right infront of u n will turn a dead ear to ur requests as if she doesnt understand and after repeated requests only says finished in annoyed tone.(eventhough bf timings r 8-10)She wud enter the room suddenly without knocking and start doing her stuff with dead silence and cold looks. Even if youre in undergarments.Property is an old turkish house tht needs alot of refurbishment, sharp metal in our room injured both mine and my toddlers foot. I bled infront of tht rude lady n asked her if thr is bandage only to wittness her dead silence.The guy at reception is extremely manipulative. We missed few sites n decided to xtnd our stay for one night. He charged us extra rent thn what he has shown. Upon pointing out politely he rudely said go find some other hotel.Ac didnt work initially, upon complaining he had same ans. Go find other hotels.Shower is broken and all water comes frm single hose like tap. Shower height is so low that 5.5 person cant stand. But we didnt complain bcz of thr rudness.Checkout time is 12 am but they forced us out by storming in our room at 11am and started cleaning it for next guests. This was highly humiliatingWe hv been travelling alot in past two months and booked multiple hotels in saudi and turkey via booking.
