: Rooms, staff and breakfast were good.
: Air conditioner was poor and the room had no windows. Getting to the room from the lobby was a maze and required walking up a lot of stairs. Finding the hotel was difficult during the day with all the traffic. The parking was also a challenge.

: The property is at amazing location near to Ayia Sofia and with just one tram line you can reach Galata tower and Taxim square. You can even walk if you like walking and of course the famous kapali carci is 15 minutes walking. More than that the hotel offers breakfast , big pool, sauna, Turkish hamam and steam room all these included already at the price. I want to add that it gives you a sense of luxury .
: Unfortunately I had the chance to stay at the worst room of the hotel ! This room is number 108 and it is at -1 floor exact out of the kitchen in the breakfast room. Of course no windows and its really tiny room, but I didnt mind about this THE MAIN PROBLEM was that every morning I was walking up from 06:00 am since there were SOOO MUCH NOISE from the staff moving dishes , throwing cutlery sets all around !!! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE ! I wanted to sleep till 9-10 and I was not able since I was feeling like I am staying into the kitchen Overall the hotel is great but if you planning to visit it make sure you YOU ARE NOT GOING to stay at room number 108 !!!!!!!!!!!!! This room shouldnt exist ! It must close or use it as something else but not to have guest inside and not be able to sleep after 6 in the morning !!!!!

: Room was cleaned daily although bed covers werent changed. Good location.
: Everything, they said the room would have soundproof walls and inner courtyard view, my room was in the basement and I heard every single conversation from nearby guests at all hours or night and day. Absolutely hated staying here worst experience Ive had with a hotel. Dont stay here unless youre guaranteed a good room.
