  : The location is central , the hotel is sweet , for this prize point its great , the staff is amazing and very helpful especially Jan ( he is the only one who speaks english ) . We had a nice stay in this clean although old Hotel , would come again.
  : Bathroom ceiling was leaking , needs to be fixed , evertyhing else is fine

  : - difficulty in communication as they dont speak English but we managed with Google translate and a younger person working there - first room was cold. Radiators were off. They didnt know that and they told me i could use the aircondition but had no remote control. Asked for a remote control to turn on the aircondition. They offered one but the aircondition was super old and loud which was impossible to leave it open. They came upstairs and were trying to fix it by hitting it or removing parts of it. I asked to change the room cause we needed to sleep and rest. They initially refused but in the end they gave us another room of the same category from the first day and gave our room to the next gusts hopping they wont need to use aircondition. - first rooms bathroom -although looks fancy in the photos- had mold and a weird smell due to the lack of a window or proper ventilation. - cleaning below average. Had to use the kettle which was full of dust so as to use it. - Breakfast really bad. They had literally just cheap cheese, ham, cookies and white bread. My partner asked thebfirdt day for a coffee and they initially asked for money but then said they made a mistake. - ON TOP OF ALL, we realised that 40 were missing out of 100 from our backpack after the 2nd day. To note that we are 100% sure that someone stole it from there. They also left the room dirty for 4 days without even carrying out the trash or changing towels. When I mentioned to the stuff that money was missing they replied: how much? And they said we can check the cameras. Next day I asked him if they checked and he said not yet and that he talked to his boss. He also said that my room wasnt cleaned so it cannot be true that the money was missing!!! Of course they had access to our room and we would never accuse someone for stealing if we werent sure about our money!! It was the first time we had such an experience from a hotel and we were deeply dissatisfied and disappointed

  : I really like stay there. I was sad those days after and the personal their make me.feel.like that i Amin my home..I will go back there always when I travel to Turkey. I was in sultanahmet area in difernets hotels but this one is for people like me. Private mansion with arts and objets from around the world..

  : Excellent location, walking distance from centre. Seemed family run and they were all every nice and friendly even by translating on the phone! We came back late (12am) and it wasnt a problem. The breakfast was very nice and fresh.
  : Areas in room where wifi didnt work, door handles coming off and tap didnt close because its a little old.

  : The breakfast was a bit poor, don't expect nice traditional Turkish dishes and the variety it's not there. I think it was fair for the price we paid though, it's just good enough to start your day having something in your stomachBe prepared to use Google translate with the staff if you don't speak Turkish, not necessarily a bad thing idk
