  : The best part of the property is Location and good breakfast. The services are actually pathetic. Reception is the worst. You keep asking them for help. It falls on deaf ears. This place is only getting full is due to its location and brand. Service sucks

  : Good location at the top of Taksim by the Havaist stop. Good breakfast (but they are prompt - curtains come down right at 1030a). Friendly or at least civil front desk staff. Good bathroom with great shower water pressure and temperature. Room d
  : Terrible internet in the room, I mean terrible (despite complaints). The room phone had problems - was supposed to be multifunctional but the cords were all rats-netted, the prongs were broken, and only the 9 button worked (they didn't replace it). Too expensive for what it is (but Istanbul has gotten expensive). There is a loud club somewhere nearby and you can hear the music thumping until 5am, every night we were there. Room description specifically says "bathtub" but there is none (in any room).
