  : Very bad experience. Basically they destroyed our holiday with my family.First they gave us a wrong room and they said the room you booked is already full and you need to stay in another room for two days.So we couldn’t unpack. After two days they gave us our room.The bathroom had a terrible smell which couldn’t live in. The A/C was not working for sometime and it was very hot and we couldn’t sleep.Breakfast was like a 2 star hotel. A very limited range.There was construction inside and not a good poolStaff pretended to be friendly but they were not friendly at all.Whatever you were asking them, they said ok and nothing happened.It’s like paying a 5 star hotel and getting 2 star service.With that money, we could go to a much better place.Not recommended at all

  : The cotton sheets and towels were the star of the show! The Bellboy Ahmet was super nice and helpful…
  : The fit and finish could have been better. Most of the breakfast food was sadly not that flavorful…

  : The location of the hotel was great, cannot fault that as it was right near the seaside and was in walking distance to the places we wanted to go. The breakfast was alright, could have more cold options i.e meats as it was overpowered by savoury options but was okay nonetheless. The staff where very respectful and welcoming. The jacuzzi type bath was pleasant to use in the evening. Housekeeping was done everyday so room was kept clean and was given new towels to use. The hotel was a nice vibe at night due to the lighting.
  : The last few nights of our stay was disappointing. At midnight a builder started work and we kept hearing him walk up and down, as we was on the bottom floor we could hear constant loud footsteps and the chandelier kept shaking, and he started to use a drill as well at that time so was he being very loud which kept us up from sleeping. My dad who is a Turkish citizen complained to reception and was told the builder would get spoken to to keep the noise down and that did not happen as it continued till around 4am. This kept happening for the last few nights of our stay from around 9pm - 4am in the morning every night. Rooms are prone to hearing a lot of noise, clearly, despite claiming it is soundproofed, not sure if that's due to the location we was put.

  : The welcome . The moment you get there they are trying to over sell you something. You cannot get to your room before you get the speech to sell you their tours . Very pushy . I ate that . We move to another hotel the next morning

  : The staff were all excellent and should be commended on their professional and pleasant presentation. Enjoyed the daily sauna and hammam. Staff in the spa were all lovely. Breakfast was good and varied. Nice to have free water, tea and coffee throughout the day. Dinner in the restaurant, the food was good but the wine was excessively priced so beware and don’t just order like us! It was a bit of shock once we exchanged it into euro!
  : We were in the “annex” wouldn’t necessarily recommend this option given you leave the hotel and enter from a side street

  : Nice location. Just across the street from the Bosphorus.. Nice sea breeze.Very close to the attractions..Hagia Sophia mosque, the Blue mosque and the Topkapi palace. All within 10-15 min walking distance.Staff is courteous and helpful.
  : The rooms could be better. Our air con was not working and it took them 2 nights to give us another room.
