: The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, but also to the Sultanahmet tram station. The staff at the reception was very nice and provided us with all the information we requested, helping us to have a pleasant stay in Istanbul. The breakfast was good and the terrace offers a wonderful view. The room is small, but clean.
: The wifi connection was not very good.

: The room was right next to reception desk so quite noisy with guests checking in and out.

: Central location close to blue mosque restaurants tram groceries stores. Clean and spacious.
: No elevator and with a spiral staircase - hard for luggage. Roof terrace for breakfast which is a hike. Unfriendly staff who works the breakfast shift.

: Location.very close.to.main attractions.Valeria at reception desk who will do everything she can.to.make your stay a great one. Free breakfast is Ok, not great but Ok.
: The very narrow and steep stairs and no.help.getting your luggage to the room.Even thougj hotel is nice and cozy, do not book if you have any kind of physical disability as you can have a hard time with the stair steps.
