  : Me and my parents stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, it was close to buses but the tram is under construction at the moment and near main streets, walking distance (25-30 minutes) to many attractions. Our room was clean upon arrival, we had a small fridge, towels, shower gel and slippers. The hotel also offers to clean the room upon request. There was a daily breakfast, a small buffet. The whole hotel has a cozy vibe it only fits like 12 rooms in total roughly.The staff were nice and friendly and always greeted us. They helped with our bags and we gave a tip which is usual There is partial view of the city if you are on the upper floor. It was good value overall for the money we paid and I would recommend it for a short stay.
  : We didn't have a proper wardrobe, but it was a family room so there wasnt enough space perhaps. The hotel doesn't have a lift so for the elderly it's hard to climb the dwindling staircase but if you're young it's not a problem. I'd recommend to ask for a room in the lower floors. Our room was a family room with a balcony, the view is obstructed by a building in front of the hotel and there's a restaurant across the hotel which can look into the balcony. Also the balcony is shared with the other room next to you but it's separated by a somewhat see through metal barrier. So the pictures on the website were not accurate on this regard.The beds and the pillows were on the harder side and you could feel the springs sometimes.

  : The view on the Bosphorus is really great. The staff is super helpful. The room was good.
  : The stairs are really stiff! Breakfast is a little light, and the wifi isnt working at times. Adding to this, the hotel is central but not really close to anything.

  : Fine location, close to interest points and shops/ restaurants, but not crowded.
  : Lying and cheating. Had understanding for airport transfer, nobody showed, when called from the airport they doubled the price on which we initially agreed and threatened we'd be shot en route if taking another transportation. Lousy rooms with faulty doors, leaks, mosquitoes smashed on the walls, broken toilet, uncomfortable beds, blocked room-safe, not a bit of variety for breakfast, faulty lighting, poor soundproofing. They didn't mend the issues even if asked until we left. Talked about late checkout, initially they agreed then they forced us out.Minimal value for money, very unfriendly and unsafe.
