: The room was big and comfortable. The securiry is great, there is always someone checking the cameras. The guys at the reception are very helpful and always want to help, they were the best! You should be aware of the stairs, they are challenging but the rest compensates them!
: There should be water in the room.

: Good location near the metro station. Warm and nice room. Soundproof (in the bathroom there is noise of water system, but when close door there is silence).
: No elevator. Discuss it with hotel before booking if you have heavy luggage or some disabilities.

: The room is just what I needed. Comfy bed, spacious, has a fridge, and clean bathroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't have a lift but the staff helped with my luggage so not a problem. It's also in a very good location, 5 minute walk to Galata tower. It's also near the Shishane metro so it's a good place to stay if you want to explore Taksim and Galata area.
: The bathroom should have something to hold the soap. I remember the soap kept falling off as the container has huge gaps.
