  : The proximity to Istiqlal street. The very friendly attitude of Mr. Forqan in reception and the african cleaning lady.
  : The indecent, immoral and provoking attitude of a receptionist called "Abdullah" and his chef. Even though by check-in I informed Mr. Forqan that I would like to amend my stay to check-out on Tuesday 24th August instead of Friday 27th, and his understanding and confirmation, and offer to pay the 3 nights next day as the exchange offices were closed by the time I arrived to the hotel (first night was charged by booking.com to secure the reservation), the receptionist "Abdullah" called me next morning (Saturday) in the room to verify my booking amendment (talked in a way as if I were his old friend, not a client who is maybe in the age of his father), I confirmed the previous night, and informed him that I will be in 10 minutes down at the reception to make the payment for 3 nights. In 10 minutes exactly I was in reception, he let me standing for a few minutes ignoring me while talking personal with somebody in arabic and laughing, then informed me that my card has been charged for the entire stay early morning before his call by his chef!!!!!!! This is an obvious lie, otherwise why he had to call me in the room to ask for payment and confirm my stay if the room has been paid in full?! And normally the card of the clients is charged if he refused to pay in cash, but this was not the case. He said that's the policy of the hotel, I informed him that the hotel don't put polices but follow the policies of booking.com, and that I will make a complaint. He called his chef and told me right away that the chef is saying I may do whatever I please!!! Towards the end he provoked me while sitting outside the hotel smoking and I'm stepping out by asking me sarcastically when I'm planning to checkout as a sign of triumph that I couldn't do anything about it, a question he shouldn't ask first place as he charged already full stay till Friday, the attitude of this person is very provoking, impolite and of course unprofessional.

  : No staff in the reception on arrival, waited 1 h until someone came. Very dirty bedroom as well as the room. Smells cigarettes in the stairs, seems that the staff in the reception smoking indoor. I cannot understand who gave these good reviews to them in booking.com cause the hotel even not 1 star in my opinion.

  : The location is accessible to everything, bars and restaurants are near by as well as the famous Istiklal Street It is also near the metro station which makes all places accessible
  : The stairs! Our room was in the 4th floor.It's not bad but it's just tiring after spending the whole day outside. It is also near the metro station which makes all places accessible

  : First of all, the properly isn’t safe, and is really dangerous and the street its in is really bad. The hotel isn’t honest as they put that they have certain amenities, like, a digital safe, while when we went, there was nothing.

One of the worst experiences in my life if not the worse in “hotels”.

  : The staff were really kind and helpful, great hospitality.They helped with every thing I asked for, smiled all the time.
  : No elevator, long stairs, but they carried the heavy luggages.
