: The breakfast was so bad and an organize totally lie. They claim this four-star even the is not one star all the picture was fake and I want to a stop payment on this hotel, because everything was fraud. I tried to cancel. They said its not refundable and there it was so rude the the front desk in the lobby
: I didnt like anything because everything was fraud lie they dont deserve to be part of booking.com and also I get some picture from the room and the bathroom if you guys wish I can send you

: Only the location of the hotel was good due to its proximity to Taksim Square, and other than that, it had no positives.
: The hotel breakfast was not acceptable at all and when the food was finished, they were not recharged, the quality of the food was not good at all, the room furniture was very old and worn, and the staff were very cold. None of the hotel's items were acceptable and it was not like a 4-star hotel at all, and it was at the level of a 2-star hotel and had no positive things to stay at.

: I didn't like anything the breakfast was horrible a waste for ur money , the room was so dirty the housekeeper don't do her work right , at some moment I didn't feel secure because of the people who were residing in the hotel and finally that will be the last time I will come to this hotel the responsible should really look after it because it did change alot from before

: The hotel was very disorganized and dirty. The room they gave me had a single bed, but it was actually an old, airless storage room. Even the walls had dampness, and there were multiple places where the paint was peeling. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the corridor. Even on the last night, at 3 AM, someone knocked on my door with their suitcase and left. The corridors were so narrow that carrying a suitcase was difficult.
: The hotel staff's behavior was very rude and annoying. From the moment I checked in, I encountered rude attitudes. Even at breakfast in the morning, when we asked for breakfast for the last day because we needed to leave earlier than 7:30 AM to catch a flight, they responded in the worst manner, saying they wouldn't provide breakfast and that we should eat here, and we weren't allowed to use breakfast before 7:30 AM.
