  : People are nice and helpful, whoever replies to the whatsapp number is very caring and covered everything we asked him, the even provided an airport shuttel at 6:30 am and for less than expected.
  : The apartment is really small but okayThey controlled the heating, so in the night I had to call them to turn it on, then later in the night it became too cold again !!The breakfast included with the reservation was poor, they need to add more stuff to make it a real breakfast

  : Very helpful and attentive owner Guner. All problems which can arise will be solved with his help. Experienced it myself when I got the cold.They also provide meal delivery to the room which is very good with covid risk if you don't want to eat in cafeteria.And location is really good, 5 minutes to istikal, looked bit spooky in the beginning but realy no problem even in the evening as its close to main street. There is a nice bakery downstairs, few shops and good baklava and nuts shops around the corner. Taksim and Galata is also walking distance. I recommend you walk from taksim when you come back cause that's downhill. Or you can take the taxi with bitaxi app which is extremely cheap, 3-4 euros to sultanahet, 7 to beylerbeyi, not more than 10 to rumeli hisari.
  : There is just one thing : if you are sensitive sleeper take top floor cause it's old building and floor acoustic is so so. If you have problem with stairs, take lowest floor.The flat is perfect for 1-2 people. If you are more, take 2 flats.

  : Great and friendly staff. Kind and helpfull owner. Nice location, stayed at the hotel for 26 days, walked every where without taking a taxi or other transport even once. Will definitely choose this hotel again next time i’m at Istanbul.
  : The cleaning was done 4 times during my 26 days stay. The first one was 10/10. The other 3 really contrary, maybe because they were done by a different less qualified person. E.g. dirt behind The sofas in the Living room where never swept up, so we did it ourselves.

  : Flat was cozy and clean, with nice terrace and everything you may need. Host was very nice and helpful, provided a free service of baggage storing and helped us with ordering a taxi to airport. Definitely recommend!
  : Next time I wouldn't take an included breakfast, it's not worthy of its price and the cafe located pretty far from the accomodation. But there's a nice bakery on the 1st floor!

  : Very nice was everything. If you want to try and fell real life Istanbul’s people, choose it. The staff was admirable, gave us a map and explain the where it’s the best place to visit. Also helped us every time quickly.

  : Really great place to stay at. The price is quite reasonable. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Extremely polite and helpful people working at the reception. Both the owner and his workers are there when needed and help you out with anything you need. Any questions before the trip via e-mail were answered swiftly. There's really barely anything I could complain about. Staying in this Aparthotel was like living in İstanbul like the people of this beautiful city do: in an actual apartment within a regular neighbourhood instead of some closed up resort like a tourist, while still having the comforts and privacy of a hotel room. The apartment itself is very safe. Even though there's no safe inside, the door is heavy (can't imagine anybody being able to break in) and has an alarm-system that you control yourself. So I never had a reason to be worried about valuables/money left in the room while I was out.There's a shop as well as a bakery right next door and İstklal Street as well as Taksim are in walking distance (roughly a half to one kilometre, if I remember correctly). The next bus station isn't far, either. The location was perfect for us: right in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, since the Atatürk-Airport has been closed down a few months ago, both the new İstanbul-Airport as well as Sabiha Gökçen are far away from Beyoğlu. However, there's a very cheap bus-shuttle in Taksim (18 Lira per person, so less than 3€) that takes you from and to both airports and the Hotel will call a cab to pick you up directly in front of the door to get you there (leave a proper tip, though, since driving such a small distance isn't very profitable for cab drivers in İstanbul!)
  : The only thing that I could criticize is the area surrounding the hotel. It's not easy to find the hotel and taxis often have a hard time finding the place. It sort of feels like a maze sometimes (just like pretty much all of İstanbul). Walking to and from the hotel is definitely a challenge for anyone who can't walk much because of health-related issues since the streets are relatively steep. However, these points rather relate to İstanbul in general than the hotel itself. I'd definitely recommend using google maps or the like. It's very likely to get lost without it for first-time visitors, especially at night. I myself didn't have too much trouble in this regard.Speaking of which, the neighbourhood (just as it's the case in pretty much the entire city) might seem a little sketchy especially after dark. It's definitely not well lit nor very public. I myself had no issues whatsoever, but it might be different for anyone who's not a tall male (though my girlfriend also never had a problem). Then again, that also meant that it was nice and quiet at night (no loud music or any other noise pollution, especially no loud traffic-noises!). There's, of course, always the alternative to walking: taking a taxi so as to avoid getting lost on the way or feeling unsafe after dark.But as I said, these are issues that relate to the city itself rather than the hotel, which I can definitely recommend and will likely book again the next time I visit İstanbul.
