  : - third floor without elevator - I could not pay with my credit card, as their POS was not operating (as they were telling me for 2 days) and I finally had to withdrawl cash in order to pay them, as they were asking from the beginning + loss of money for me, from the transaction and conversion

  : Great location, 5 minute walk from Taksim metro station. Authenthic feeling neighbourhood, with great Pida oposite the place. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Great host, was able to reserve a parking spot next to the apartment. Higly recommended!

  : Heartbreaking Experience: Despite prior assurances from the property owner, our stay at Taksim Neo Pera Suites was a terrible ordeal. We were shocked to find multiple flights of stairs, he said we are on first floor, but refused to say how difficult it was to get to the first floor. making it unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. This misrepresentation, along with issues like a poorly set-up sofa bed, thin walls, and frequent disruptions to basic amenities, marred our experience.The steep, uphill street added to our difficulties, making us question the value for money. We recommend the nearby Ramada hotel as a more reasonable option.Most dishearteningly, the owner callously refused to shorten our stay, despite knowing our family's struggles with the stairs. Our pleas to booking.com also went unanswered. This lack of compassion left us profoundly saddened and disappointed.

  : The staff were very chilled and laid back. Nice and understandable. I understand why they are rated so high! Very close to the busiest street in Istanbul. I'll definitely come back. The room is value for money.
  : Just be aware that you will have walk down a hill-like street when getting to the accommodation. Also be aware of the cars and motorbikes as you're walking up and down the hill.
