  : Their recommended transfer service. The size of the room. The relative calm of the street, as it was mainly for walking -but with noisy motorcycles, but it's the same everywhere-. That we were able to take the keys of our room. Bedding was clean on arrival, and they gave us more towels when requested.
  : I booked a Quadruple room for 3 persons and they gave us a triple room, saying they would change it the next day at noon. We saw the room and didn't unpack (since we had to move) and planned to be around that hour in the hotel, instead of outside. When we got there, they said they were Not changing the room (as there were no more left). So back to the room: The floor was not vacuumed properly on arrival; the bathroom ceiling was moldy; there seemed to be water leaks to the room, as the paint of the side of the bathroom was peeling, and the floor was uneven. Oh and one of the towels had a hole. Furthermore, the hotel has no lift and a very steep flight of stairs (we were on room 301 so 4 levels from the ground), with no offer to help with the bags (at least they were small). They never said that if you didn't leave the keys they didn't clean the room (there was no sign for the door either). Cleaning was a bit superficial the one day that it actually happened. And the courtains got a bit lose, which we reported, and they were exactly the same when we got back, so my friend had to climb to fix it.

  : The hotel's electricity was cut off and I was moved to another hotel, which was terrible: low ceiling, broken floor, very noisy street. complete disappointment. Unfortunately, I cannot rate this particular hotel. perhaps he would have been better.
